This one is a project that I’ve left out for a long time. When I had my old laptop I already knew I was going to get a new one, so I delayed the project, but when I got my new laptop I didn’t have much time to make these stickers, so today I finally got to it.
For this project I wanted to display my personality on the back of my laptop by placing some stickers of my favorite characters, some software I use and other cute silly things, but since there is no pack with “the stickers I want ©”, I decided to make my own.
First I got to choose what my stickers should be, with high resolution pngs, and put them on a PDF to print. For this project I used GIMP, to assemble the image.
I decided to give every sticker a very separated border so it’s easier to cut them for they to look like a sticker.

The properties are shown on Photopea so they’re easier to understand
First, I trimmed every sticker by hand. In this case I used some curved nail scissors I have, which are much easier to handle for curved surfaces of which, in this case, there are lots of them.

Next up, I have lined the stickers with another backing so that they can be stuck to any surface.

Then, I trim again every sticker with an extra border so that they don’t detach from the backing.

And this is the result! Now I can go out with my laptop and let everyone know that I’m a weirdo ;3
